EVALUATION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF FLEETSAFE IN TWO SSROC COUNCILS

FleetSafe provides a best practice framework for Councils that comprises a model policy and guidelines to help develop procedures, and project management guidance to assist with implementation. This paper identifies key obstacles and successes to its implementation. It also provides recommendations relating to lessons learnt to assist other councils and organisations intending to implement fleet safety programs.
