PERVASIVE COMPUTING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ITS

In this paper, the authors discuss the application of pervasive computing infrastructures to Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). The use of spontaneous networking as an appropriate infrastructure is examined, and several research projects involving spontaneous networking are briefly described.
