EFFECT AND STANDARD MEASURES OF RAILWAY NOISE
Since 1967 Japanese National Railways' high-speed lines have been subjected to increasing noise-control standards. Standards imposed in 1971, 1972, 1974 and 1976 on noise and vibration are described.
