9 WAYS TO CONTROL AND REDUCE GARAGE COSTS
This article offers nine suggestions to fleet managers directed at controlling garage and maintenance costs as well as improving safety. The suggestions include: 1) conducting ready-line inspections; 2) planned maintenance; 3) standardizing equipment; 4) optimizing lifecycles; 5) conducting immediate repairs; 6) promoting diagnostics; 7) reviewing inspection sheets; 8) conducting inventory control; and, 9) performing reliable rebuilding.
