WITH E-LEARNING UP-TO-DATE IN TRANSPORT INDUSTRY
This paper discusses the benefits of the use of telematics systems in the freight forwarding business. Some areas that benefit include internal company procedures (order processing, tracking and tracing, and invoicing), and traffic jams. The paper also touches on telelearning, a promising technology to address on-going training issues.
