DATA GATHERING TECHNIQUES: ROADSIDE AND TELEPHONE SURVEYS FOR ONTARIO'S SEAT BELT EDUCATION PROGRAM

The purpose of this paper is to discuss a system for evaluating the success of the Seat Belt Education Program and also to obtain information which could be incorporated into the program.
