A TRAFFIC COLLISION INFORMATION SYSTEM: ONE MUNICIPALITY'S EXPERIENCE
This paper discusses the development of the T.C.I.S., Traffic Collision Information System, as well as describing how the system is currently satisfying requests for traffic collision data, with the intention of assisting other municipalities who can perhaps learn from the Ottawa-Carleton experience.
