RAILWAYS ENTER AN ERA OF CHANGE
This article discusses the problems which have plagued CN and CP Rail in recent years. It suggests solutions to the problems such as more modern facilities, better scheduling and rapid transit. It also looks at Light Rail Transit, the economic case for lightweight rolling stock, railway research in Canada and the northern railway option.
