CALIFORNIA INSTALLS FIRST SMARTPED SYSTEM : PRESSURE ACTIVATES PEDESTRIAN DETECTION SYSTEM

This article describes SmartPed, an in-ground pressure activated pedestrian detection product with detection delay options. The system has been successfully deployed on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu California.
