THE METHOD FOR CALCULATION OF SHIP HULL BENDING DEFORMATION IN SAILING CONDITIONS. IN: MARINE TECHNOLOGY V
Provided is an analysis of the method of determining the ship's hull deformation due to the hull bending in the longitudinal vertical plain of symmetry in sailing conditions. The model is significantly reduced with respect to ship hull deformation in real service conditions. The paper suggests further research to include the torsion of the hull as well as the case of bending in longitudinal horizontal plain.
