UPDATE: GETTING THE BEST SEAT POSSIBLE - CHILD SAFETY SEATS
This article discusses the Universal Child Safety Seat System (UCSSS), a standardized system established by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), for installing child safety seats in new vehicles. New vehicles and child safety seats are required to be compliant by September 1, 2002.
