DURABILITY OF HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE INCORPORATING CARRIER FLUIDIFYING AGENT
Carrier fluidifying agent (CFA) was developed to maintain the workability of high-strength concrete (HSC). It retained the workability of HSC for a period of up to about 90 min. In the present study, the permeation characteristics, carbonation, and chloride diffusion of HSC incorporating CFA were studied. The experimental results showed that the use of CFA can maintain or slightly improve the permeation characteristics of HSC and its resistance to carbonation and chloride diffusion. (A)
