AMBITIOUS METRO PROGRAMME IN KOREA
Korea has one of the largest metro construction programs in the world, although progress with some projects has been hampered by the Korean economic crisis. Metro lines are in service in Seoul, Inchon, Pusan, and Taegu, and expansion is underway in three of these cities. This article looks at the new systems that are under construction in Kwangju and Taejon, and the proposed metro in Ulsa.
