LOGISTICS IN PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION
Logistics can be defined as procuring, maintaining, and transporting material, personnel and facilities; or, to get the right goods and services to the right place at the right time, and in desired condition. This paper takes the perspective of management, of the processes and tools that are necessary in the movement of people and to the provision of travel services.
