POSSIBILITIES OF TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM MANAGEMENT THROUGH MARKET ACTIVITIES
In the cycle of production, distribution, exchange, and consumption, the realization of manufactured products and services takes place in the market. The market is the main form of link between producers and consumers; it is in the market that supply and demand are balanced as the 2 basic driving forces. Because of the specific characteristics of the transportation process, the economic theory considers that there is no unique market of traffic services, but rather that there are transportation markets on certain relations. This paper discusses economic and theoretical analysis of the essence and characteristics of the transportation production process, considered from the aspect of forming transportation system management through supply and demand, primarily by government regulation.
