SAFETY IN TECHNICAL REGULATIONS FOR ROADS IN POLAND
The general scope and structure of Technical Regulations for roads in Poland is presented in this paper. The purpose is to establish a reliable coefficient of friction using measurement results on existing roads including tire conditions, state the road superelevation as determined by the radius of horizontal curves, and define required stopping sight distances.
