RAIL SAFETY TECHNOLOGY AND ATTITUDES TOWARD SAFETY TECHNIQUES

The author gives a brief description of railway safety technology and explains the notion of transport safety. He then shows how the "fail-safe" principle is used, reviews briefly the measures taken to protect against disturbances and human failings and safety conditions for circuits.
