TRANSPORT TELEMATICS AND ROAD PRICING
In this paper, the author studies the theoretical implications associated with a road network that is private and supports road pricing, rather than one that is government-supported and public. The role of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) in developing a successful private road infrastructure is examined.
