DYNAMIC ROUTE PLANNING WITH UNCERTAIN INFORMATION
In this paper, the authors present RUTA-100, a route planning system which operates with incomplete information obtained from unreliable sources and is capable of planning an optimal route while minimizing distance and danger. The route planner has an initial route planning phase and a dynamic plan execution phase. If conditions change during the dynamic plan execution, the route will be recalculated as often as necessary until the destination is reached.
