CSXT: BUILDING AGAIN
CSXT's B&O capacity improvement project is one of the most ambitious signaling and track construction programs in recent history. The amount of work completed over the project's 18 month course, most without shutting the railroad down for any long time period, is impressive, and it paves the way for post-Conrail acquisition traffic growth.
