SMALL BUSINESS IS BIG BUSINESS
This article focuses on the success of the U.S. Department of Transportation Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). It describes how the OSBDU offers various programs to promote the awareness of projects and to provide assistance to small disadvantaged and women-owned businesses. Examples of firms that have capitalized on their experiences are given.
