DE EVALUATIE VAN INCIDENT MANAGEMENT MAATREGELEN [EVALUATION OF INCIDENT MANAGEMENT MEASURES]

This report describes a study which focused on developing a less expensive, less data-intensive, yet still reliable method for evaluating measures for collecting data on the duration of the different phases of a traffic incident. The method that was developed is structured after a number of aspects, such as organizational or technical, and effects of incident management measures, such as emergency services, handling speed, and quality of information dissemination to the public.
