APPLICATION OF GENETIC ALGORITHM IN ORGANISING PASSENGER TRANSPORT
This paper studies the problems regarding selection of optimal coach capacities in international regular passenger traffic and passenger traffic flows. To aid in reducing the extremely high exploitation costs and increase the utilization coefficient of transport means, a genetic algorithm application is used. Candidate solutions are presented that may result in making more profitable decisions.
