FLEET MAINTENANCE FOR MASS TRANSIT RAILWAY
Hong Kong arguably has one of the finest metro systems in the world. The 43 km (27 mi) of urban lines have a fleet of 95 trains carrying over 2.2 million passengers a day. This article looks at the train maintenance plans, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance, that have been developed over the years.
