RAILROADS DIG FOR DRAINAGE ANSWERS
A good railroad track requires good drainage, and yet many believe that not enough attention is paid to provide sufficient maintenance to remove and keep water out of tracks. This article looks at some of the equipment being developed to provide effective drainage maintenance. The article also points out the need for good data on the economic effects of drainage to emphasize the need for drainage maintenance.
