YIELD MANAGEMENT SIMULATION: APPRAISAL OF AIRLINE REVENUE IN DIFFERENT CASES
The paper attempts to estimate the real number of passengers carried in each fare class (the total revenue) by two airlines operating the same route but having differences, such as natural market share, knowledge of the market, prices, connecting passengers, and using different systems to manage their aircraft loading.
