LONDON UNDERGROUND'S PROPOSED INTEGRATED RADIO AND FIBRE-OPTIC TRANSMISSION NETWORKS. 'THE CONNECT PROJECT'
This paper details the work currently being undertaken by London Underground on the Connect Project to procure an integrated radio and transmission network via the Private Finance Initiative. This paper provides a description of the existing radio and transmission networks affected by the Connect scope then goes on to examine the likely technologies for the final solution.
