NEW CONTROLS MAKE MORE THINGS REMOTELY POSSIBLE

Remote controls can make a job easier to accomplish and help save time and money. Today, remote controls are using the newest technologies to bring to the four primary uses in the railroad industry: locomotive control; maintenance-of-way machinery control; crane operation; and, track switching control. The article looks at some of the controls available today.
