INFLUENCE OF OUTDOOR CONDITIONS ON THE NATURAL VENTILATION IN UNDERGROUND AUTOMOBILE PARKING AREAS
This paper presents a two-dimensional simulation of single-level fully enclosed parking area's natural airflow based on a computer fluid dynamic (CFD) code. For the turbulence the model k-e is used, while the conservation equations are solved with the method Simplest. The influence of the wind in the natural ventilation is analyzed inside the design frame determined by the Italian codes.
