THE CHARACTERISTICS OF BUSES FOR PUBLIC URBAN TRANSPORT AND THE ENVIRONMENT
This paper presents the methodology of research done on the influence of functional characteristics of buses on the environment. The results concerning the research of the influence of bus characteristics on the efficiency of public city passenger transportation are presented. Also, the paper gives results of research of the influence of vibrations on the working condition of the driver and passenger comfort. The research was done under real conditions of bus use in Belgrade.
