COLLABORATION: A WAY OF WORKING WHOSE TIME HAS COME AROUND AGAIN
Since Biblical times, there have been uncountable notable collaborations. There are five requirements for successful collaborations: self-confidence, knowing you are not God, an egalitarian bent, flexibility, and respect. When a collaboration is working, there is an easy back and forth between the partners. Today, partnering and teamwork are up and coming ways to work. It is no coincidence or mere swing of the pendulum that is making collaboration a favored way of working again. Although it takes work, it works. The author maintains that the world of logistics will be the better for it.
