ROAD PRICING : THE KEY TO FINANCING LOCAL TRANSPORT PACKAGES?

In this paper, the authors describe the Trafficflow project which deals with road pricing. Models of road pricing systems offer a close look at the financial, political and commercial characteristics of workable schemes. The paper also describes emerging results from the project in regard to local transportation financing.
