DYNAMIC FORMATION GENERATING IN MOBILE-AGENTS USING ALGORITHM TO SELECT FUNCTION BY ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
This paper describes how fuzzy neural networks can be used in multi- access systems. It discusses how in an intelligent transportation system, each agent's role is dynamically selected by a scheduling architecture according to a specific circumstance.
