THE USE OF BLASTFURNACE SLAG AND STEEL SLAG AS AGGREGATES

Blastfurnace slag and steel slag are widely used as aggregates, in particular for highways construction and maintenance. The various types of slag products have different properties and characteristics. This paper provides information on the types of slag products currently available and their recommended uses.
