AN EVALUATION OF THE BICULTURAL SERVICES OF THE MCALLEN CENTRAL BUS STATION LINKING THE USA AND MEXICO
The McAllen Central Bus Station in McAllen, Texas, is the first such station to serve bus lines from both the U.S. and Mexico. This bus station aims to provide the public with a transportation facility that can supply transport services to lower income individuals, Mexican tourists, and immigrants. Based on results from this survey, it is determined that the passengers from both countries are impressed with its cleanliness, general appearance, signs, and public facilities, as well as driver friendliness.
