EVOLUTIONARY ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACTS OF NEW TRANSPORT TECHNOLOGIES
In this paper, the author suggests that Advanced Transport Telematics ( ATT) will be successful in offering solutions to transportation problems because of an evolutionary process that will allow public transport, rather than individualized motor transport, to reap the benefits of ATT.
