Properties of some aviation turbine fuels marketed in the United States during 1975 are presented in this report. The samples represented are typical 1975 production and were analyzed in the laboratories of 17 manufacturers of aviation turbine (jet) fuels. The data were submitted for study, calculation, and compilation under a cooperative agreement between the Energy Research and Development Administration (ERDA), Bartlesville Energy Research Center (BERC), Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and the American Petroleum Institute (API). Results for the properties of 105 samples of aviation turbine fuels are included in the report for military grades JP-4 and JP-5, and commercial types Jet A, Jet A-1, and Jet B.
