ECONOMIC ANALYSIS OF ROADWAY OCCUPANCY FOR FREEWAY PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report briefly summarizes the three volume study report which presents an economic analysis of roadway occupancy for freeway pavement maintenance and rehabilitation. The economic assessments take into account motorist related impacts as well as some general public impacts. The assessments and conclusions are based upon previous state-of-the-art and study of field data. /Author/
