PORT OF VANCOUVER TERMINAL GRAIN HANDLING

This study concerns itself with the movement of grains through the Port of Vancouver--that is, from the point at which grain leaves rail cars until the point at which it is placed in deep sea ships. This includes the effect on grain throughput of the operational aspects of the various labour/management agreement and not the economic aspects of those agreements. The report outlines five objectives in order to study the grain handling facilities in the Port of Vancouver.
