ANALYSIS OF THE REFERRAL, DIAGNOSIS AND RETRAINING OF DWI OFFENDERS
With the extension of the New Hampshire Alcohol Safety Action Project's contract for another two years, the rehabilitation countermeasure involving the referral, diagnosis and retaining of DWI offenders was revised and expanded at mid year. Additional sites and rehabilitation personnel were added as was a new experimental design for evaluating the countermeasure's effectiveness. Totals for the year included 1,790 referrals to ASAP of which 762 were assigned to attend and subsequently completed the Driver Retraining school program. /Author/
