IMPROVEMENT OF THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENT RECORDS

The recommendations suggest placing greater emphasis on using accident records rather than merely keeping them. Proposed improvements are in the areas to data gathering and processing, data analysis, and future research studies.
