COASTAL SURVEY IN AFRICA USING LORAN-C
Loran-C signals from a pair of "accufix" stations provided position data aboard the Canadian Survey Ship "Baffin" while surveying the Continental margin of "Senegal". The signals were processed by an "Austron 5000" receiver interfaced to a "Magnavox" integrated navigation system. This paper demonstrates the applicability of the accufix system.
