GUIDE TO STANDARD SHIP DESIGNS

A new reference publication has been produced by Fairplay Publications Limited, called "Standard Ship Designs." This is the first volume of a series and deals specifically with standard design dry cargo vessels 9,500-25,000 d.w.t. For the first time in a single publication, all 98 standard designs currently marketed by 46 shipyards throughout the world are listed, together with line drawings and main features of each. Three appendices are included which give details of ships completed and under construction to each design plus shipowning companies and respective vessels.
