REPORT TO AASHTO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FROM TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH BOARD ON THE FISCAL 1978 PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL COOPERATIVE HIGHWAY RESEARCH PROGRAM
The purpose of this report is to request AASHTO Executive Committee approval of the agencies recommended by the Transportation Research Board to carry out the projects comprising the research program for FY 1978. The report includes an overview of the NCHRP, a program summary and actions requested of the AASHTO Executive Committee. Projects in FY 1978 Program, agencies submitting FY 1978 proposals, and summary of research program and agencies recommended for research are presented in tabular from. An appendix listing project statements for FY 1978 Projects Under Consideration, is also included.
