SEAKEEPING TRIALS OF THE R/V CAPE HENLOPEN
Full scale trials were conducted on the R/V Cape Henlopen, a research vessel with an overall length of 120 ft (36.6 m) and maximum displacement of 165 tons (168 MTSW). Trials were conducted in a State 3 sea at various headings and speeds. Measurements were made of the seaway as well as craft motions and accelerations. (Author)
