COMPUTATIONAL APPROACH ON THE VIBRATORY RESPONSE OF A 80000 MTDW, BY COMPARISON WITH FULL-SCALE MEASUREMENTS
A three-dimensional model is described which appears to be a powerful tool for the prediction of the behaviour of the ship in the range 6-20 hz, where basic substructures are involved in combined vibration. Theoretical and experimental results are compared, and future work is outlined.
