INTERIM GUIDE TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF INTERLOCKING SETT PAVEMENTS
Over the past 20 years there has been a resurgence of interest in "Block" pavements. For example, in 1973 West German construction totalled some 35 million square metres of such pavements. This note discusses the structural behaviour of interlocking sett pavements and presents an interim guide to their design and construction. Suitable applications for such pavements are suggested.
