DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE HIGHWAY SAFETY PROGRAM

The research described was developed as a part of the establishment of Oklahoma's first comprehensive traffic safety program. The program investigated high accident locations and spots, analysed accident trends, and evaluated remedial improvements.
