MEAN TRAVEL TIME AND THE EXPONENT OF THE DETERRENT FUNCTION

The relation between mean travel time, the exponents of travel time factor curve and distribution of travel length, and the maximum travel time which is necessary to decide the exponents are determined in three different ways.
