PARTNERSHIP IN PERFORMANCE

Economic woes beset much of South East Asia, yet traffic problems persist. The basic question seems to be : how can traffic authorities and suppliers ensure that ITS system prove effective when money is scarce? The article looks at the case for ITS in the form of urban traffic control and management systems.
